Youth Soccer Tournaments

NY Cup 2012-2013

Brooklyn Athletics has joined the 2012-2013 NY Cup. The tournament is for ages U9-U18 and is formatted similar to the UEFA Champions League. Every team plays three or more games in the group stage during the fall season which is then followed by a knockout format, ending with the final matches to be played in June. We are in the Boys U10 Gold Division, Group E.

Brooklyn Athletics has been accepted into the prestigious 2012 Connecticut Coast Soccer Classic in Waterford, Connecticut presented by Nike.

Kick It 3v3 - July 28th, 2012

Brooklyn Athletics U19 Team takes 1st Place!
Brooklyn Athletics U10 Team Takes 2nd Place

Brooklyn Athletics Youth Soccer participated in the Kick It 3v3 Tournament in Flemington, NJ on July 28 and 29th. After a run of matches that included a group stage, and knockout rounds, we emerged victorious.

Our Valiant U10 Blue squad fought hard, and achieved a record of 5-1, only losing in the final by the close score of 4-3. The U10 Orange Squad made it all the way to the semi-finals where they lost to the Brooklyn Athletics U10 Blue squad. Our U20 lads took the tournament by storm, coming out of nowhere to take 1st place in their division.

Brooklyn Athletics participated in The Brooklyn Cup at Charles B Wang Field in Fort Greene. Our boys played 5 games in extreme temperatures, going undefeated and without allowing a single goal, ultimately winning in a penalty shootout. Congrats to the Brooklyn Athletics U10 for all of their hard work!
